Agent Roles and Permissions

API Keys	No access to API key	Can access, view, and change API key
Chasers	Cannot create or configure chasers	Can create and configure chasers
App Actions ("the Rocket")	Cannot set app actions for the customer to see	Can set 'app actions' for the customer to have the ability to launch their own bots (typically used for self-serve use cases- FAQs, opening hours, servicing, etc.)
Document Request Types	Cannot configure document request types	If a document request is sent, the user will have the ability to pick from a list of document types that is configurable by an admin
Organisation Email Notifications	Cannot configure organisation e-mail notifications	Can set and configure the notification email sent for every conversation where a message is received (and the intervals in which they are sent)
Webhook Configurations	Cannot configure webhooks	Can see and configure webhooks on a console
Agent Config	Does not have the ability to delete, add, demote/promote users	Can delete, add, demote/promote users. Any password resets will get sent (via email) to all admins on a console.
Contacts Exporting	Does not have the ability to mass-export all contacts	Can bulk download all contacts off of a console
Deletions	Does not have the ability to delete conversations	Has the ability to schedule  conversations for deletion 28 days from when a deletion is triggered.
