Building a Change Address Bot - Example

The aim of bots is to reduce wasting time doing repetitive tasks and automating those tasks instead. The Change Address bot contains 2 quick easy steps.

STEPS

1. Create a Form called 'Change Address' and add just one field which is 'Change address' 

2. Create a Bot called 'Change Address' and you'll need to add 3 parts. The first is a positioning message, then the Change address form, and last is a closing message. 

 

EXAMPLE USE

Below is an example of scenario where you would use the change address bot. What would happen is a member would request for an address change, from there an agent would see this and automatically send the bot with the steps above. And, just with one click you're able to help the member. You won't even need to change the address manually as the Nivo system will be able to do it automatically.

TIP: IF YOU'RE USING FOLDERS 

If you're using folders for organisation, I'd suggest creating an additional step where once the bot is complete the member will be moved to another folder. This would automatically move the member from it's current folder to the 'Pending Change Address' folder to inform you that the change address has been complete.
