9 September 2022 - Nivo Mobile App UX Update (If you are a whitelabel app customer, these changes will be live in your whitelabelled app from the 16th of September) 

• A new version of the Nivo app has been released with an updated UX with the following changes: 
  • App Actions no longer appear as buttons below the message bar. There is a menu tab called "Actions" which when selected take the end user to the menu of app actions that are configured. There is a keyword search bar at the top that makes it easier for end users to find the action they want if there is a long list.
    • Note: If there are no app actions configured for your account, the "Actions" menu item will not appear. 
  • End users can now request account deletion from within the app on the "Account" menu tab. This will trigger an action to the Nivo support team who will process this request per the normal Nivo process. Including the ability to request account deletion was a requirement of the Apple App Store to ensure end users have maximum control and transparency with their data.
