Is it now possible for administrators to customise the default text that populates when an agent uses the "SMS Invite to Nivo" or "Send a Nivobot Deeplink" action items.
TIP: Use any of our merge fields to customise the Invite messages. We even created a new one called {{agentName}} to populate in the name of the agent who sends the invite.
