What is Nivo?

Nivo is messaging app, similar to ones you probably already use on your device. You can send messages to different providers, just like you would send individual messages to your friends and family.

The difference with Nivo is that it has bank-standard level security. This means that when you communicate secure information about yourself over Nivo, including sending documents or doing an ID check, it has the same standard level of security of your banking app to ensure you and your information remains safe.

Email, text messages, and services like Whats App do not have that level of protection and leave you open to things like identity theft and fraud. 

Some of the things you can do in Nivo are: 

• Send and receive messages
• E-sign documents straight on your device
• Complete a bio-metric ID check 
• Fill out forms
• Send documents like bank statements, payslips, etc...
• Connect your bank account via Open Banking

Not all providers use all of the services above, so it will depend on what your provider requests from you.
