(2) Business Bank Account vs. Bank Account on Forms
- When sending a customer a form with bank account details, you can now differentiate between a business bank account vs. a normal bank account.
(3) Forwarding Button Is Moved - B2B
- The forward button has moved from the (+) button menu to the 3 dots next to a message in a given conversation
- You can select 1 or multiple messages to forward over, and select the provider to forward the items to
(4) Enhanced checklist Items - B2B
- With our enhancements to checklists, more details can be added to a case
- The two latest checklist items configurable are:
- E-Signatures - Configure an e-signature template and send it off to a customer for signing
- Text - Free-type a requirement/note
- You can add any additional notes or attachments to any given checklist item as well using the 3 dots next to each checklist item
(5) APIs - B2B
- Please check the '/docs' section (type this in after your console URL) for some additional APIs that have been added for B2B
