- Changes to email notifications for cases.
- More details surrounding this change and how agents can update their email preferences can be found here.
- The e-signature PDF template editor can now be accessed without having to navigate to a conversation and send a document.
- Log in to Nivohub.
- Click on the cog in the upper right hand corner.
- Select 'Esign Templates' from the 'Configure Nivo' menu.
- Click on the 'Chose Example File' button on the right hand side to load a file.

- E-signature PDF Preview - You can now preview your signature PDF while you are editing to ensure your field placements are where you want them to be.
- Once you have configured your template, move the toggle at the top of the editor to 'Preview Page'.
- The preview works on a page by page basis. To preview another page, turn off the preview on the current page, use the arrows to navigate to another page, and then slide the toggle to 'Preview Page'.
- Checklists are now managed from within the case management view (previously Checklists could be accessed from the conversation view).
- To create and manage checklist items:
- Create a case by navigating to a conversation, and select 'Create a New Case' at the top of the conversation.
- Open the case by click anywhere on the case row.
- The window that pops up is the case management view. Agents can create Checklist items by clicking 'Add Item'.

Configure Checklist items as e-signature tasks

Agents now have the ability to configure checklists items specifically as e-signature items, allowing them to configure and send e-signatures from within the case menu. The checklist status also now reflects if items are currently awaiting signature, and when the signature has been completed.
