There are two ways to reset your password on Nivo:
1. An agent can generate a new password on the login screen.
2. An admin can reset an agent's password from within the Agent management screen in the console.
Reset password from login screen:
If you have forgotten your password please click on the "I've forgotten my password" on your respective nivohub website. From there, you will be asked to enter your email address to reset your password.
For security purposes, your new temporary password will be sent to the your assigned team's nivohub console admin.
Reset password from "Agents" menu screen in Nivohub Console (admins only)
1. Log in to your Nivo console.
2. Select the cog icon in the upper right hand corner.
3. From the menu, select "Agents" down near the bottom.
4. In the list of agents, find the agent you want to reset the password for. On the right hand side of the row, select the padlock icon.
5. Ensure you are resetting the password for the right agent, then press confirm.
6. You will be presented with the new temporary password for the user on the next screen. Copy this password and send to the agent.
**Temporary passwords are valid for 48 hours only.**
