Downloading a Form from Nivo

The beauty with forms is that you can download any form filled up by a member on Nivo. You will be able to see all the forms completed by the member on the bottom right hand of the screen (Image 1). You will also be able to the date of when they completed the form. It takes 3 steps to download the form. 

1. Click on 'Loan App' which is encircled in red.

2. Next, you'll be able to see all of the questions and answers in the form. From here you will want to click 'Download' which is also encircled in red. This will allow you to download the file into a .CSV file which is readable by excel or numbers on your computer. 

Step 3: On the bottom left hand side of your screen you should see a file which was just downloaded. From there you should click on it and you'll be able to open the file in Excel or Numbers.

4. This is how the form would look like when it's opened on Excel.
