This guide will take you through building bespoke and editable forms. After watching or reading the material below, we aim for you to be familiar with the different parts of a form and how you can easily edit and move different questions.
Creating Forms.
1: Click on Forms in your Nivo hub, then click on the + button to create a new form
2: Please name your form. Next, you'll be able to see a list of different questions to ask the user. For now, we'll be using Name, Bank Account, Current Address, DOB, and Email. To add the questions all you'll need to do is click on the '+' button.
3: The Nivo logo beside each of the 5 questions indicates that the answers to these questions will be part of a person's Nivo identity which can be transferable to other organizations if they choose to.
4: Now let's add a custom question. This is the part where you can easily create bespoke questions relevant to your form. You'll be able to choose what type of question is can be if you click on the 'Type' button. This will give the user a form interface relevant to the type of question (e.g. 'number' means the answer can only be a number)
4: Here are examples of the types of custom questions that you can create.
5: When you're done with the form, just click 'SAVE AND CLOSE' and send that form off manually or via a bot!
